  • Neighborhood Groups are location specific and meet throughout Rutland County with one simple purpose: To bring people together as we love our neighbors.

    Most Neighborhood Groups meet weekly to share a meal together, encourage one another and meet needs in their specific neighborhoods. They also volunteer together in partnership with local nonprofits as they invest in their neighborhoods.

  • At least once a month. Most meet weekly. Neighborhood Groups happen anytime and anywhere that works best for the group!

  • That is up to you and your Neighborhood Group. Some may choose to meet more or less often depending on the season.

  • Entirely up to the Neighborhood Group. We have seen groups pull money together to hire a babysitter for an evening or rotate parents to watch the kids in another room depending on the kid's ages. 802 Kids - our Kids ministry comes alongside each Neighborhood Group to ensure a great experience for all ages. We also think your kids can really benefit from watching their parents invest in a healthy community of people. Lifelong friendships form in Neighborhood Groups!

  • Especially! Yes! Of Course! Absolutely! That's kind of the whole point :)

    They do not need to be a part of Neighborhood Church to be a part of a Neighborhood Group.

  • Its entirely up to you. If you want to meet your neighbors, join the group closest to you. If you want to be in community with your friends, that's ok too.

    While you don't have to live in the neighborhood to join a particular Neighborhood Group, it is so much more convenient if you do.
